Licorice (supporting)

This formula raises body metabolism and promotes circulation and digestion as it warms the whole body. Good in winter for coldness, clear allergic discharges, clear urine, loose stool, weak digestion, low energy, pallor and chronic bronchitis.

Dosage: take 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. 1-3 times per day.
