FOR INSOMNIA, A TEA TO HELP YOU SLEEP
(This mixture is especially good for nervous insomnia)
Dill seed (2 parts)
Anise seed (2 parts)
Chamomile (1 part)
Hops (1 part)
Steep 1 tsp. of the mixture in 1/2 cup boiling water. When lukewarm, add 1 tsp. honey. Sip just before retiring.
