    INSOMNIA, TEA TO HELP YOU SLEEP
    Fragrant valerian (1 part)
    St. Johns Wort (2 parts)
    Hops (3 parts)
    Lavender flowers (5 parts)
    Primrose flowers (10 parts)
    Steep 1-1/2 tsp. in 1/2 cup boiling water for 10 minutes. When cool enough to drink, add 1 tsp. honey. Take before going to bed.
