A few years ago, I was contacted by someone taking part in clinical trials for the use of horse chestnut to treat their lymphedema. I found results from several research studies of the effectiveness of horse chestnut for treating Lymphedema. Study results showed that its use reduced leg or arm circumference and helped reduce swelling overall. They also proved that the use of the horse chestnut seed extract removes the toxic components of the herb, making it much safer for use.<\/p>\n
