This formula tonifies spleen chi, yang and blood. Has war strengthening energy. Useful for low energy, fatigue, hypoglycemia, forgetfulness and lowered immune system. It builds stamina gradually over long periods of time.

Dosage: for extreme deficient conditions, simmer 4 tablets in 3 cups of water and add some meat, grains or root vegetables to make a soup.
