Strong Blood or Si Wu Tang
– (tonifies blood)
Dong quai (chief herb)
Ligusticum wallichii (chief, assisting and conducting)
Rehmannia, cooked (chief)
Peony alba (assisting and conducting)
This formula tonifies blood, counteracts anemia and regulates menstruation.

Dosage: 1 tsp. 2 or 3 times per day.
