TO PREVENT PERSPIRATION – (antihydrotic)
Sage leaves
Hyssop leaves
Walnut (rind of the fruit)
Mix in equal parts. Steep 2 tbsp. mixture in 1/2 cup boiling water for 10 minutes. Take 1/2 cup 2 hours before going to bed.
